Mike Wall Named to Regional Vice President of Sales

Aim Transportation Solutions is thrilled to announce the promotion of Mike Wall to Regional Vice President of Sales. Mike has been with Aim since 2013 and has been in the transportation industry for nearly 40 years. 

Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and advertising from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master’s degree in communications from the University of Denver. 

Mike’s role with Aim consists of supporting the sales staff in growing and retaining business in the Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico markets.

With 22 years of dedicated service at Aim, Larry brings a wealth of expertise, having served as both Service Manager and Regional Trainer. His promotion signifies a significant step forwards in enhancing our ProShop operations and ensuring top-notch customer service. 

In his new capacity, Larry will oversee the operations of Aim ProShops in the West region. This includes coordinating equipment repair and maintenance, scheduling visits to ProShop facilities, and providing direction to Aim ProShop employees. His extensive experience and commitment to excellence make him the ideal candidate for this pivotal role.

Mary Zigarevich Promoted to Software Project and Quality Assurance Manager

Aim Transportation Solutions is extremely excited to announce the promotion of Mary Zigarevich to Software Project and Quality Assurance Manager. Mary started at Aim nine years ago in Quality Assurance, and she was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager, where she flourished, delivering value to Aim and its customers. 

Mary’s role within Aim is a hybrid of software project management and quality assurance management. For Aim’s development department, she is responsible for making sure all of the custom-coded software is properly tested and vetted before Aim releases it to users or customers. Mary plays a crucial role in verifying that Aim software products are of the highest quality, easy to use, and valuable.

One of the ways Aim Transportation Solutions shows appreciation to our employees is by hosting employee appreciation lunches at each of our shops nationwide. As you may have seen on Aim’s social media over the summer, our awesome service managers and local teams host a lunch in their respective shops to show appreciation for the job each Aim employee performs daily. Most of the lunches are also attended by a member or two from our executive team in addition to the local folks.

Jeff Schuyler, Vice President of Technology at Aim Transportation SolutionsToday, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Schuyler to Vice President of Technology at Aim Transportation Solutions.

Schuyler, a life-long Mahoning Valley resident, was born and raised in Liberty, OH, where he still resides. He is a graduate of Liberty High School and Youngstown State University and is the middle child in a family of three boys.

Aim Fleet Asset Manager Retires from Military after 37 Years of Service

Shirley Bland, Aim’s Fleet Asset Manager, recently retired from the military, as a Master Sergeant, after 37 years of service. Bland has been an integral part of Aim’s day-to-day operations since joining the company 35 years ago. For more than three decades, she has successfully balanced her military career, including multiple overseas deployments, with her Aim career and raising her children.
